Terms and Conditions
- Order Basis, P5,000 minimum purchased value
- Cash Basis only. Credit Card not accepted.
- Prices apply only to what's specified in the post. (i.e. post says silver black. prices is only applicable for silver black and not for all black or all white)
- Free delivery within Cagayan de Oro vicinity provided that the total item purchased is above 5,000 pesos.
- We will not be liable for any verbal affirmation of company goods compatibility & physical fitting with a specific peripheral. It is Buyer’s responsibility to ensure the compatibility & physical fitting of the goods bought from us to any specific peripheral.
- OC (overclocking) will void warranty. All OC-related questions will ignore.
- Bright dots or dead pixels may appear in devices with LCD & TFT panels. These discoloration dots are called “non-conforming pixels”. These small dots are normal and is a phenomenon known to thin-film transistors (TFTs), it is an intrinsic characteristic of TFT manufacturing technology; liquid crystal displays (LCDs) commonly exhibit a small number of discoloration dots / “non-conforming pixels”. We would like its customers to understand that this phenomenon is a limitation of the TFT LCD technology. It’s not a defect and as such is not covered by its warranty. However, it may be claimable for RMA if it exceeds the international allowable standard of 6 dots during the warranty period.
- All parts that we sell are ordered as brand new. During receiving from our suppliers, we expect them to be as such (brand new), unless item's physical state is unsatisfactory or possesses cosmetic defect. We do not open each and every item received during delivery from our suppliers. More so, if item is sealed or half-sealed. We will not be held liable for any defect, manufacturing or the cosmetics of such items. However, It is our desire that it be an absolutely necessity for customers to vigilantly check each and every item purchased from us during releasing. During the final release, it is the duty and responsibility also of the customer to double check their items as they are released. Receive item only when you 100% feel know and sure the item is to your liking and satisfaction.
- Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
Ordering and Downpayment Procedure
- Order basis item, Verify with us if the stock is available for order (verification via SMS or calling). Estimated time of arrival of item will be 3-7 days. We have no control over courier and Nature and thus we are not liable for the delay of item due this instance (typhoon, technical problem, delayed flights of items).
- Downpayment; for items worth 5,000php above, minimum of 30% of the total merchandise value is required. Method can be:
- By visiting us.
Special Case wherein we apply Payment upon delivery will be implemented with proper arrangement with us.
- Downpayment is binding and non-refundable. However, provided item ordered is NOT a special order item, the amount deposited as downpayment may be used for another transaction.
- If upon lapse of promised period (normally 2 weeks), we cannot serve your order. Then we will refund your downpayment in full.
- Be assure that we will contact you when your order will arrive so that we can discuss on how to claim order or delivery, but if orders are not claimed within 15 days prior to what has been discuss, orders will be considered null and void; Along with its downpayment.
- Downpayment for an item is/will be price protected. If price drops, we will follow new price. If price increases, we will follow originally agreed price.
Advisory
- I may not be able to update our prices on each and every item. Normally, priority will be given to post updates when price increases. On the other hand, we might take a longer time for updates price drops. Best is to contact us for price inquiries.
- No Price would mean No stock. No Stock would mean inability for us to provide quotation of prices at this time. No stock would not mean no stock forever, interested buyers may, however, contact us for inquiries of such items. We will reply if quotation is possible; be advised, however, provision of quotation is not assured.
- Very specific specifications like hidden manufacturer specifications (those not meant for consumer knowledge) and the likes; will not be ensured upon purchase. It differs batch per batch, as such, we may not and will not be held responsible for the consistency of manufacturer controlled specifications.
- We do not specialize in one or select products only. We apologize but we will not be fully equipped and informed (also impossible to remember) of all features and specifications of each and every product we carry. Let alone compatibility of one to another, detailed specs of each product. As such, we will advise our customers to please refer to the manufacturer's site and forums found over the net for such related inquiries.

- PCB Version, PCB Colors, Memory Chip #, Board revision #, Version #
- Physical fitting of one peripheral to another
- Dead Pixels / Bright dots policy, Size, Position
- Firmware version.
- Included accessories in package (package contents). Please check manufacturer's site for such inquiries
